Xiuling Guo is the Founder and CEO of Base 3 Innovation, an innovation-led partner dedicated to transforming the food system. Guided by her belief that technology, market forces, and capital must work in concert, she is committed to accelerating sustainable innovation and scaling solutions that create lasting value for people, businesses, and the planet.

Prior to founding Base 3 Innovation, Xiuling served as CEO of Nurasa, where she spearheaded the commercialization of sustainable food innovations across Asia. A seasoned global executive with more than 30 years of experience, she has led businesses across the food and agriculture value chain, driving transformation, growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation.

Previously, Xiuling was Managing Director of Cargill’s Global Edible Oil Solutions business in Asia and Supply Chain Director at Yum! China. She also serves on the National University of Singapore’s Food Science and Technology Industry Advisory Board, contributing to the advancement of industry-academia collaboration and talent development.

Xiuling holds degrees from Tongji University, a Master Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford Saïd Business School, and is an INSEAD-certified International Director.
