Dror is the founder of Sol Cuisine Inc., a leading plant-based food company. Dror is an accomplished entrepreneur with experience in manufacturing, operations, finance, marketing, commercial management and strategic leadership. Sol Cuisine has grown into a leadership position and an iconic brand in Canada. Sol Cuisine products are sold across North America into retail, food service and private label markets. The company participated in series A-D financing, a public financing on the TSX-V and eventually returning the company to private ownership with an acquisition by Plant Plus Foods Inc. in 2022. Currently Dror serves as President of Plant Plus Foods Canada and holds the chair for Plant Based Foods of Canada. Additionally, Dror is actively mentoring young entrepreneurs supporting growth of the next generation of Plant Based companies to expand the Canadian industry.
